As globalization and international trade continue to advance, identifying the origin of a product has become increasingly challenging.

 Janusped leverages its expertise in product origin to ascertain the 'MADE IN' designation and the preferential origin of each product. This is achieved through consultation of the free trade agreements between the European Union and various contracting countries, along with access to the **Union Customs Code (UCC)** and its regulations.

We offer guidance on consulting the **customs tariff** and determining the most suitable classification for each product type.

 Our support extends to the accurate interpretation of **Incoterms 2020** rules, covering the delivery and transfer of risk.

Additionally, we provide consultancy services for **commercial triangulations** involving national, EU, and non-EU entities.

 Our assistance also encompasses the consultation of various **EU regulations**, including Dual Use, CITES, and more.

Among the services we offer, we also handle:

- **MRN Search for Import/Export in the PUD** In the PUD, it is possible to download all the MRNs issued within Italy, for both imports and exports, related to a specific VAT number.
- **Request for EORI Code Assignment** The EORI code is required to carry out customs import and export operations.
- **Request for REX Code Assignment** The REX (Registered Exporters System) is used to certify the origin of goods within the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and in the context of some preferential trade agreements.
- **Request for Authorization in the MAU** The MAU is a unified system for managing authorizations.
